We are looking for a motivated individual to join our estimating team. 

Estimator Job role Responsibilities

• Actively drive 5-star reviews from customers
• Perform marketing activities to develop potential customer pipeline (This can include door knocking, stopping by realtors or insurance offices to deliver folders/marketing items, business networking, etc.) 
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Effectively manage pipeline in company CRM tool from lead stage through invoiced
• Assist office administrator in collecting deposits and final payments from your customers
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction 
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Oversee roof installations on site, ensuring all necessary material is available, documenting any unforseen events, creating change orders, completing final walkthroughs with customers, and ensuring clean up is efficient. 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• 1-2 years experience in sales preferred but not required
• Professional attitude & appearance
• Must be able to carry a 2 story ladder
• Must be able to climb on and off roofs
